THE PRINTING PRESS
Where the classics come to life
The legacy of the capital’s rich literary heritage weaves throughout The Printing Press which gets its name from the link to Scotland’s prestigious publishing house, Oliphant, Anderson and Ferrier, founded by renowned writers from the late 1780s who were also residents at this address.
THE PRINTING PRESS BAR
A Scottish style all on its own
Alongside The Printing Press restaurant, this welcoming watering hole and late-night bar is a beacon of hospitality and is not surprisingly, the winner of Cocktail Hotel Bar of the Year, Edinburgh at the Scottish Hotel Awards 2019. Here we have a collection of local spirits from single malts to Edinburgh gin and even Scottish vodka.
